To support our continued growth, we are accepting applications for long haul truck driving positions. We are hiring Company Drivers and Owner Operators for Canada/USA, Canada Only, Singles, and Teams.

At AYR we understand that every Driver is looking for a work/life balance. Our Driver Planning department works directly with all Drivers to ensure they get their needed home time and still get the miles they need to bring home their weekly pay cheque.

We provide late model equipment, Freightliners and Internationals, that are regularly maintained at our on-site maintenance facility that is staffed with over 30 Mechanics, Technicians, and Service personnel. All with the purpose of keeping our Drivers safe and rolling.

We offer an in-house, 12-week, paid training program that is designed to help inexperienced drivers get behind the wheel and start their career. This program is not just used for new drivers in the industry but also for drivers who need support and training with manual shifting, border-crossings, long haul into the USA, and those drivers who are new to Canada.

We recognize that immigration is an important pillar for Canada’s economic growth, and so we participate in both the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIP) and the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) initiative to help meet the continuing demands of our industry.
